I’ve posted about writer Victor Gischler before: here and here and here and here and here and here and here and here.
I just finished his latest book.
His other books have been rip-roaring crime fiction This one is badass science-fiction.
A man flees to the hills to spite his wife who wants a divorce. He won’t sign the necessary legal papers. He holes up for nine years — and civilization does a suicide without his knowing it.
The book is the story of what happens when he comes down from the hills.
It’s, as usual, Gischleriffic.
Go read.
